Robert
Damiano founded the Environmentally Friendly Housing Partnership
and started renovating living and work spaces in Revere
Massachusetts in an attempt to accommodate individuals
with Multiple
Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), asthma, allergies as well
as providing
healthy people with more beneficial environments.
Now
he is expanding into Florida with the purchase of the Pride
and Joy Condos – North, consisting of five units
and a house on a one-acre parcel of land with 100 feet
of ocean front.
His plans are to continue use of the property as an environmentally
friendly haven and to make some improvements. The garage
will be renovated to provide laundry hook ups for each
unit, and a sauna and exercise area.
