In 1994 the Environmentally Friendly Housing Partnership (EFHP) was founded and we began renovating and building living and workspaces in a less-toxic manner in an attempt to accommodate individuals with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), asthma, allergies as well as providing healthy people the opportunity to remain healthy by enjoying more beneficial environments.

EFHP expanded into Florida in 2003 with the purchase of the Pride and Joy Condos – North, consisting of five units and a house on a one-acre parcel of land with 100 feet of oceanfront. Plans are to continue use of the property as an environmentally friendly haven and to continually make improvements with a people and planet friendly focus.
