My name is Robert and I now own the Pride and Joy Condos-North. I feel blessed to have found this place and am thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with others. In 1984 – 1986, I became critically ill. After exhausting traditional medical avenues, I explored many alternatives available to me. Some helped; some seemed to make me worse. I renovated homes in Watertown, MA and Mesa, AZ. During 1992-3, I spent several months in Carmel Valley, CA. I recognized how much better I felt when near and in the ocean. I returned to the Boston Area and developed a six-unit condominium complex in Revere, MA, a coastal city, 7-8 miles NE of Boston.

I was reluctant to come to Florida because of the extensive pesticiding I had heard about. The winters up North became increasingly challenging and I came to the Pride and Joy over three years ago in desperation. Since then, I have spent the majority of the three years on this barrier island. I feel better than I have in years and my health continues to improve.

My healing experience since coming here has raised me from struggling to merely exist, to living life again and fully believing that I can obtain optimal health. I have seen many other people come here and reap the health benefits that this pristine location has to offer, avoiding chlorine, pesticides and fragrances, while enjoying the prevailing ocean breezes. Currently the pool that has not been used for the last couple of years is also being renovated.
